As a Systems Analyst, you will uncover, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications that guide design, development, and testing.

Responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Model current and future-state business processes using BPMN and UML diagrams to identify improvements and gaps.
- Partner with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and architectural standards.
- Lead requirements grooming sessions, workshops, and design reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Perform impact analysis and assess risks, constraints, and dependencies across systems and data flows.
- Support system design, data mapping, acceptance criteria, and test planning to ensure quality deliverables.
- Assist with data-driven decision making by analyzing data requirements and reporting needs.
- Communicate progress, risks, and value to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and transparency.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of Systems Analysis or Business Analysis experience in IT projects, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in business process modeling (BPMN) and UML; experience with modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
- Excellent requirements elicitation, documentation, and communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories; familiarity with agile methodologies and product ownership concepts.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities; skilled in data analysis, SQL basics, and reporting concepts.
- Knowledge of enterprise architectures, integration patterns, and ERP/systems interfaces (e.g., SAP/Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and time-management skills; proven track record delivering high-quality results.
