Responsibility
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and document clear, testable requirements.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain process models (BPMN) and use case/UML diagrams to communicate designs.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to translate requirements into technical designs and data mappings.
- Define and execute test plans, acceptance criteria, and support UAT to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate SDLC governance, change control, and release planning.
- Support data quality initiatives, data lineage, and reporting needs across systems.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on Systems Analysis experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN/UML), and data mapping.
- Experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts; familiarity with BI tools.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills; ability to influence outcomes at multiple levels.
- Experience in healthcare, financial services, or manufacturing domains is a plus.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
