TechBridge Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. You will bridge business needs and technology, delivering scalable systems and optimizing complex processes. As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable specifications, evaluate system interdependencies, and guide the end-to-end lifecycle of critical initiatives.
Responsibility
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document clear, testable requirements and success criteria.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, data models, and process flows that drive scalable solutions.
- Perform system analysis, feasibility studies, gap analyses, risk assessments, and impact assessments.
- Develop and maintain system maps, use cases, UML/BPMN diagrams, and data lineage documentation.
- Lead requirements traceability, change control, test planning, and support for UAT and QA cycles.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to design, implement, and optimize integrated systems and interfaces.
- Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders, and champion data-driven decision making.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; 5+ years of systems analysis experience in large-scale environments.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN, UML), data mapping, and data modeling.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases; familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
- Knowledge of systems integration, APIs, ETL processes, and ERP/CRM platforms.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence); excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize work, and present complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive, results-focused attitude.
