Responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
- Analyze current systems and processes; model workflows; identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, data models, and system design artifacts.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and data quality initiatives to drive actionable insights.
- Define and execute test plans; coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT); ensure traceability and sign-off.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings; communicate status to leadership; manage risks and change.
- Collaborate with IT, developers, and vendor teams on integrations and deployments (ERP/CRM).
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of systems analysis, business analysis, or related experience in a technology environment.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills; experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.
- Experience with BPMN/UML, use-case modeling, and requirements traceability.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to articulate business needs to technical teams.
- Analytical problem solver who can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and modern collaboration tools.
