Northbridge Tech Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our growing IT consulting practice in Seattle. This role combines strong business analysis with systems thinking to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions for enterprise clients. You will partner with stakeholders to understand needs, document requirements, and translate them into actionable designs for IT teams.

Responsibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements and success criteria.
- Analyze current-state processes and data flows; design practical future-state solutions and automation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, use cases, and system designs.
- Facilitate workshops, conduct feasibility, risk and impact assessments, and support decision making.
- Maintain requirements traceability from inception through testing and delivery; support UAT and defect triage.
- Partner with IT, QA, data teams, and vendor partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of systems/business analysis experience in technology environments.
- Proficiency with SDLC, requirements elicitation, BPMN/UML, and modeling techniques.
- Experience with ERP/CRM platforms, data integration, and data modeling; strong SQL skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable designs and communicate with diverse audiences.
- Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar is a plus.
