You will bridge business needs with technology by analyzing, modeling, and translating requirements into practical system designs that drive measurable outcomes. As part of our IT leadership, you will collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between stakeholder objectives and system capabilities. Responsibility
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements and system needs.
- Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and design robust future-state solutions with measurable outcomes.
- Develop and maintain use cases, user stories, data flow diagrams, and process models (UML/BPMN).
- Collaborate with architects and developers to translate requirements into technical design specs and acceptance criteria.
- Support data migration, data quality, and reporting requirements; ensure data lineage and traceability.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, refinement sessions, and demos); ensure clear acceptance criteria and testable requirements.
- Lead stakeholder reviews and provide clear communication on scope, risks, and changes.
- Coordinate with QA and UAT teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of systems analysis, business analysis, or related experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with requirements elicitation, modeling, and documentation; strong UML/BPMN skills.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data querying; ability to translate data insights into requirements.
- Experience with ERP/CRM or enterprise software implementations; familiarity with integration patterns and APIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities; adept at facilitating workshops.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies; ability to work in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is a plus.
