Responsibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and process models.
- Lead system analysis for enterprise applications, integrations, and data flows.
- Perform gap analyses, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
- Develop and maintain process maps (BPMN) and data lineage documentation.
- Coordinate with product and engineering to ensure requirements traceability from design through delivery.
- Support testing with test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in analysis practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or product analytics.
- Strong proficiency with BPMN, UML, use-case modeling, and requirements traceability.
- Experience with ERP/CRM implementations or large-scale integration projects.
- Solid SQL skills and data analysis capabilities; familiarity with data governance and quality.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions; comfortable in Agile environments.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or BCS IBase are a plus.
