We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst who can translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, model processes, and partner with IT and business teams to drive impactful outcomes. This role blends analytical rigor with strategic thinking in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As a key member of our IT Solutions team, you will analyze current systems, identify gaps, prototype solutions, and help implement changes that improve efficiency, data quality, and user satisfaction. The right candidate combines strong analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and hands-on experience with enterprise platforms.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements using accepted modeling techniques
- Analyze current-state systems and processes; define future-state architecture and data flows
- Create detailed functional specifications, use cases, data dictionaries, and process models
- Support system selection, vendor evaluations, and participate in RFP processes as needed
- Partner with solution architects, developers, and QA to ensure requirements are implemented correctly
- Contribute to data governance, data quality, and reporting requirements; design key performance indicators
- Lead or participate in user acceptance testing, training, and change-management activities
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; master's preferred
- 5+ years as a Systems Analyst or equivalent in enterprise environments
- Strong requirement gathering and business process modeling skills; experience with UML, BPMN
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and integration patterns (SOA, APIs)
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting
