Responsibility
- Lead requirements gathering from business stakeholders and translate needs into clear, testable specifications.
- Model and analyze business processes using industry-standard methods (BPMN, use cases, data flows).
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to design effective system solutions and integrations.
- Perform gap analysis, assess risks, and propose practical solutions with measurable impact.
- Draft detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Monitor implementation progress, validate solutions through testing, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support data governance, data quality, and reporting requirements across systems.
- Provide mentorship to junior analysts and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or IT consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering process improvements.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN, UML), and stakeholder management.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis to support decision-making and reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or enterprise content management tools.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
