Responsibility
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable specifications.
- Analyze current processes and systems to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Develop detailed functional and technical specifications, data flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Evaluate vendor offerings and perform feasibility assessments for new tools and integrations.
- Support change management through documentation, training, and user support materials.
- Conduct impact analysis and assist with testing strategies to ensure quality deliveries.
- Monitor system performance post-implementation and drive continuous improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of systems analysis, business analysis, or equivalent role.
- Strong knowledge of UML, BPMN, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with ERPs, CRM, and integration platforms; SQL and data querying proficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in project lifecycle, SDLC, and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
