Responsibility
- Gather and document clear, testable business and system requirements from stakeholders
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct process modeling using BPMN and data flow diagrams
- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and operations to design scalable solutions
- Lead functional and integration testing, support UAT, and ensure traceability
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
- Facilitate change management and training materials for end users
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of systems analysis or business analysis experience in a technology environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with SQL and data querying for validation and reporting
- Hands-on experience with BPMN, data modeling, and process mapping
- Experience with ERP/CRM or enterprise software integrations
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and UAT leadership
