Join NexaTech Solutions as a Senior Systems Analyst in San Francisco. You will partner with business leaders to translate complex needs into scalable technology solutions. This role blends analytical rigor, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable outcomes.
As a key member of our IT & Business Transformation team, you’ll turn strategic objectives into practical requirements, assess system impacts, and guide effective implementations that boost efficiency and user satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.
- Create clear functional specifications, user stories, flow diagrams, and use cases.
- Model business processes using BPMN and UML to communicate solutions to technical teams.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define solution architecture and data flows.
- Support data governance, data quality, and perform impact analyses for new initiatives.
- Lead and participate in UAT, provide QA support, and ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in BPMN and UML modeling; experience with use cases and user stories.
- Solid SQL and data analysis skills; ability to translate data findings into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
