Responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize system requirements.
- Analyze complex business processes and model workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications, data models, and acceptance criteria.
- Assess system integration needs and partner with IT teams to design scalable architectures.
- Support project delivery through testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
- Facilitate workshops, risk assessments, and change management initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure solutions align with governance, security, and regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance on data governance, data quality, and reporting requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or PMP a plus.
- 5+ years in systems analysis, business analysis, or equivalent roles.
- Strong requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process modeling (UML, BPMN).
- Proficient with SQL and data analytics; experience with data visualization tools.
- Experience with ERP/CRM implementations or enterprise-scale systems.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulated industries and security/compliance considerations.
