Responsibility
- Analyze and document existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and present proposed system solutions, including process diagrams and functional specifications.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of new technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate rollout training for key stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, providing recommendations for enhancement.
- Stay informed on emerging technology trends and recommend adoption strategies.
- Support change management and ensure comprehensive system documentation is maintained.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar IT capacity.
- Expertise with process-mapping tools and business analysis frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and enterprise application integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing full system development lifecycle projects.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and data modeling is a plus.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred.
