Responsibility
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and document detailed specifications.
- Develop and maintain process models, data dictionaries, and functional flows.
- Translate business requirements into actionable system design and configuration specs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment and quality.
- Analyze system performance, conduct risk assessments, and propose optimization strategies.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation support.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in complex environments.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and UML; BPMN experience a plus.
- Solid SQL skills and data-centric analysis; familiarity with data modeling.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems; integration projects using APIs and middleware.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work in Agile teams.
