Responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements using interviews, workshops, and observation.
- Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and design optimized future-state workflows and data models.
- Create and maintain process maps (BPMN), data dictionaries, and ER diagrams to support system design and integration efforts.
- Develop and prioritize backlog items as user stories; ensure clear acceptance criteria and traceability to business goals.
- Partner with product, engineering, and QA to support system testing, validation, and successful rollout of new capabilities.
- Perform impact analysis for system changes, including risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, communicate progress, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Interpret analytics and metrics to inform decisions and optimize business outcomes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related role within technology-driven environments.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and design specifications.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling (ER/Dimensional), and data visualization concepts.
- Experience with BPMN/UML, Visio or similar diagramming tools; familiarity with enterprise integration patterns is a plus.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; adept at stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; ability to write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
