Responsibility
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Assess existing systems and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications, data flows, and process maps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, compliant IT solutions
- Translate business needs into technical designs and acceptance criteria
- Support system testing, user acceptance, and implementation planning
- Evaluate vendor products and integrate with internal systems as needed
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in systems analysis, business analysis, or related roles
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills; experience with data governance
- Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira; ability to collaborate with product owners and engineers
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
- Ability to translate complex business concepts into practical technical designs
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or similar are a plus
