NexaTech Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our growing team in San Francisco. You will bridge business needs with technology, translating complex requirements into actionable specifications and driving successful system implementations.
You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize processes, improve data flows, and ensure deliverables align with strategic objectives.
Responsibility
- Lead requirement elicitation sessions and document system requirements, use cases, and user stories.
- Perform business process analysis and create BPMN process maps and data flow diagrams.
- Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications for IT teams and vendors.
- Collaborate with developers during design, development, and testing to ensure quality deliverables.
- Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
- Assist in data modeling, data migration plans, and SQL-based validation queries.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and coordinate training materials for stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or solution architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in BPMN, UML, and process modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling; experience with data migration activities.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and integration projects.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
