We are a premier technology consultancy seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions. This role focuses on analyzing complex systems, defining requirements, and guiding cross-functional teams through change. Based in Chicago, you will collaborate with product, data, and IT operations to design, implement, and optimize enterprise systems that empower our clients to achieve their strategic goals.
Responsibility
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and translate needs into clear, testable specifications.
- Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and propose optimized, data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain system models (process flows, data models, and interface specifications).
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and PMs to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Create and maintain dashboards and metrics to measure system performance and impact.
- Support UAT and guide change management activities and user training materials.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced IT degree a plus.
- 5+ years of systems analysis, business analysis, or related roles in a medium to large enterprise.
- Proficiency in requirements management, data modeling, BPMN, and process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart).
- Experience with SQL and data querying; knowledge of ERP/CRM or enterprise platforms a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a cross-functional team environment.
