We are seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to lead corporate and international tax initiatives for a diverse client base, including mid-market and multinational corporations. As a key member of our tax practice, you will collaborate across finance and operations to deliver practical, defensible tax strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage US federal, state, and international tax compliance and reporting for multiple clients.
- Prepare and review corporate income tax returns (Form 1120, 1120-F) and partnership returns (Form 1065); support consolidated filings.
- Oversee the tax provision process and assist with ASC 740 analysis and effective tax rate calculations.
- Advise on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, BEPS, and international tax planning strategies.
- Research and document tax positions, support audit defense, and respond to notices from tax authorities.
- Collaborate with FP&A, accounting, and legal teams to implement tax-efficient business strategies.
- Mentor junior staff, provide training, and contribute to the growth of the tax practice.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent credential preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate tax experience in public accounting or in-house with multinational exposure.
- Strong knowledge of US federal and state tax laws; international tax and transfer pricing exposure.
- Experience with tax provisioning software and ERP systems (e.g., ONESOURCE, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with ASC 740 and tax accounting considerations; experience with tax audits is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams; strong business acumen.
