We are seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to lead complex tax projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive value through strong technical expertise in Singapore and APAC tax regimes. What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end corporate tax compliance for local and regional entities, including preparation and review of Form C-S and other IRAS filings.
- Provide proactive tax planning and risk assessment to optimize tax position while maintaining compliance with Singapore tax laws and IFRS/GAAP reporting requirements.
- Coordinate transfer pricing strategies, documentation, and audits; support tax provision work and external audits.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and business units to assess tax implications of new projects, investments, and M&A activity.
- Manage GST (GST) compliance, advisory, and filing requirements; monitor changes in local tax policy and implement impact assessments.
- Mentor and develop junior team members; lead client communication, status updates, and timely delivery of work products.
- Maintain tax risk governance, documentation, and controls; drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support business development with tax-led proposals, client pitches, and thought leadership initiatives.
Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to optimize cash taxes and statutory obligations.
- Oversee transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking analyses, and related audits.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams on tax implications for projects, restructurings, and M&A activity.
- Manage GST compliance and advisory services; stay current with IRAS updates and policy changes.
- Drive tax risk management, documentation, and internal controls; lead process improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate with external advisors to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Support business development through tax expertise in client proposals and thought leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax; professional designation (CA/CPA/CTA) or equivalent qualifications.
- 5+ years of corporate tax experience, preferably in Singapore or APAC markets.
- Strong knowledge of IRAS tax rules, corporate income tax, GST, and transfer pricing concepts.
- Experience with Form C-S, tax provisions (ASC 740/IFRS), and tax compliance automation tools.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel; data analytics mindset.
- Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently and in a team.
- Professional written and spoken English; Mandarin or other APAC languages is a plus.
