Responsibility
- Lead and manage complex tax engagements for corporations and high-net-worth individuals
- Advise on US federal, state, local, and international tax planning and compliance
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns (Form 1120), partnership returns (1065), and individual returns
- Develop tax-efficient strategies for M&A, restructurings, transfer pricing, and cross-border transactions
- Collaborate with audit, legal, finance, and transfer pricing teams to deliver client solutions
- Provide mentoring and supervision to junior staff; deliver timely performance feedback
- Support business development through client relationships, proposals, and thought leadership
- Ensure quality, risk mitigation, and adherence to evolving tax regulations
Qualification
- Active CPA license (or Enrolled Agent) and 5+ years in tax consulting or corporate tax
- Strong knowledge of US federal, state, local, and international tax regimes
- Experience with BEPS, transfer pricing, and global tax planning
- Proficiency with tax software and data analytics tools
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or MS in Tax preferred
- Willingness to travel 10-20% as client engagements require
