Responsibility
- Lead tax planning projects for corporate clients across industries, delivering strategic recommendations.
- Analyze and advise on domestic and international tax implications, including transfer pricing and BEPS considerations.
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns, quarterly estimates, and compliance filings for multijurisdictional entities.
- Develop and implement tax-efficient structures and strategies to optimize cash flow and risk.
- Coordinate with accountants, legal, and FP&A teams to ensure accurate data and effective tax governance.
- Manage client relationships, expectations, and project timelines; supervise and mentor junior staff.
- Research complex tax issues, prepare technical memos, and present findings to clients.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CA or equivalent professional designation preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive tax consulting experience with a focus on corporate and international tax.
- Strong knowledge of corporate tax, international tax, transfer pricing, and tax compliance frameworks.
- Proficient in tax software and data analytics tools; advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP/Oracle a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; demonstrated ability to lead client conversations and present complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements, meet deadlines, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
