Join NovaForma Design Studio, a premium product design agency focused on creating human-centered experiences. We are looking for a proactive UI/UX Designer to shape the end-to-end user journey across web and mobile platforms.
You will collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate user needs into elegant interfaces and cohesive design systems.
In this role you will own the UI/UX process from discovery through delivery, advocate for accessibility, and contribute to a design culture that values clarity, impact, and rapid iteration.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design across web and mobile, from research to high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to define user journeys and requirements.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and pattern libraries for consistency.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive demos to validate concepts with stakeholders and users.
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights into actionable design improvements.
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and responsive behavior across devices.
- Advocate for best practices in information architecture and interaction design.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design systems.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to advocate design decisions with stakeholders.
- Understanding of front-end development constraints and ability to collaborate with engineers.
- Portfolio demonstrating modern, pixel-perfect UI and thoughtful UX across platforms.
