In this role, you will lead the design process for core web and mobile products, mentor junior designers, and contribute to our design culture by establishing scalable patterns and a culture of user empathy.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products, from discovery to delivery
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user journeys and requirements
- Design and maintain scalable design systems, components, and pattern libraries
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesis of insights to inform design decisions
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces and interactions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts and guide development
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design across all products
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in technology products
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes and systems
- Expertise in Figma (or similar tools), with proficiency in prototyping and design systems
- Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience with usability testing, user research, and synthesis of findings
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence product direction
- Fluent in English; German language skills a plus
