Responsibility
- Greet guests and visitors warmly, manage the front desk and reception area, and ensure a courteous first impression.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct guests to the right department or seating area.
- Assist with reservations, seating plans, and coordinating dining service to ensure timely guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception and dining environment; handle basic administrative tasks and guest records with discretion.
- Process payments, vouchers, and receipts accurately when required, and manage basic cash-handling duties.
- Collaborate with hotel/restaurant teams to deliver seamless guest experiences, from check-in to dining to departure.
- Monitor guest feedback and report issues promptly to supervisors for resolution.
- Uphold safety, security, and hygiene standards, following company policies and local regulations.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English; Filipino is a plus.
- Strong multitasking ability and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and cash handling; experience with POS or reservation systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with reliable time management and punctuality.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
