Responsibility

  • Greet guests and visitors warmly, manage the front desk and reception area, and ensure a courteous first impression.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct guests to the right department or seating area.
  • Assist with reservations, seating plans, and coordinating dining service to ensure timely guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception and dining environment; handle basic administrative tasks and guest records with discretion.
  • Process payments, vouchers, and receipts accurately when required, and manage basic cash-handling duties.
  • Collaborate with hotel/restaurant teams to deliver seamless guest experiences, from check-in to dining to departure.
  • Monitor guest feedback and report issues promptly to supervisors for resolution.
  • Uphold safety, security, and hygiene standards, following company policies and local regulations.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
