Responsibility
- Greet customers with a warm smile and provide prompt, friendly service.
- Take orders accurately, upsell where appropriate, and process payments.
- Prepare and arrange food and beverages per standards; ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, counters, and station.
- Assist kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Handle cash, card transactions, and register reconciliation at shift end.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines; uphold brand standards.
- Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality background preferred.
- Prior experience in service crew, waiter/waitress, or customer service (0-2 years acceptable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork spirit.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
