Responsibility

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a courteous dining experience from arrival to departure.
  • Take accurate orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Serve meals and drinks, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to plating standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup and timely clearing/resetting of tables.
  • Operate and manage POS transactions, handle cash and card payments, and issue checkout receipts.
  • Upsell daily specials and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue.
  • Partner with kitchen and bar staff to ensure order accuracy and smooth service flow.
  • Adhere to hygiene, safety, and brand standards; assist with stock checks and restocking front-of-house items.

Qualification

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, especially in food and beverage, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
  • Basic math skills and cash-handling experience; comfortable with POS systems.
