We are seeking energetic individuals who thrive in busy environments and enjoy teamwork. You will collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver timely orders while upselling daily specials and promotions. Your responsibilities include assisting with table setup, clearing and resetting tables, handling POS transactions, and cash handling with accuracy. You will follow brand standards, hygiene and safety guidelines, and maintain stock levels for front-of-house essentials. Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training are provided, with uniform furnished and opportunities to progress into leadership roles within our hospitality team.

Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and provide a courteous dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Take accurate orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Serve meals and drinks, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to plating standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup and timely clearing/resetting of tables.
- Operate and manage POS transactions, handle cash and card payments, and issue checkout receipts.
- Upsell daily specials and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue.
- Partner with kitchen and bar staff to ensure order accuracy and smooth service flow.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and brand standards; assist with stock checks and restocking front-of-house items.
Qualification
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, especially in food and beverage, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
- Basic math skills and cash-handling experience; comfortable with POS systems.
- Logical problem-solving ability and a focus on delivering a high-quality guest experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Malay or others) are a plus.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
