Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly, escort to tables, and provide menu guidance with confidence
- Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve meals and beverages, ensuring presentation and portion control meet brand standards
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, service stations, and counters throughout shifts
- Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions with accuracy and courtesy
- Restock utensils, condiments, napkins, and essential supplies to support smooth service
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices; observe waste reduction and safety protocols
Qualification
- Positive attitude with a customer service mindset
