Responsibility
- Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and provide attentive service
- Assist kitchen team with preparation, cooking support, and plating under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
- Support chefs with dish presentation and quality control
- Assist with order-taking, guest requests, and front-of-house service during shifts
- Help manage stock, receive deliveries, and organize kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth, timely service during busy periods
Qualification
- Previous experience in hospitality or a kitchen environment is preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Willingness to learn and follow supervisor instructions
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle light lifting
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
