Responsibility
- Provide warm, attentive service to customers in a fast-paced cafe environment.
- Take orders, process payments accurately, and serve pastries, coffee, and beverages with a smile.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, counters, and service stations.
- Handle dishwashing, utensil washing, and basic kitchen mise en place with proper hygiene practices.
- Assist with light food preparation and plating during peak hours to support the kitchen team.
- Manage stock levels of utensils, napkins, cups, and packaging; assist with restocking as needed.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards; contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Support opening and closing shift duties, including set-up, clean-down, and end-of-day routines.
Qualification
- Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication in English; friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Willingness to wear a uniform (black T-shirt, dark pants/jeans) and non-slip shoes.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak hours.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills are a plus but not mandatory.
