Responsibility
- Provide warm, friendly customer service, greet guests, and respond to inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Take customer orders at the counter and process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Prepare and assemble food items following McDonald's standards for quality and speed.
- Maintain clean and safe dining and preparation areas, including quick turnaround during peak hours.
- Restock shelves, check food safety and portion control, and monitor product freshness.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure fast, accurate service and a smooth dining experience.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and dress code while supporting a respectful, inclusive work environment.
Qualification
