As part of our service team, you’ll be trained in essential dining operations, including guest engagement, order accuracy, food and beverage service, and collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly, assist with seating and menu guidance
- Take orders accurately and relay to kitchen and service staff
- Serve dishes and beverages with attention to presentation and timing
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across dining areas, stations, and service counters
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Process payments using the POS system and assist with cash handling as needed
- Restock dining stations, reset tables, and support peak-hour operations
- Follow health, safety, and uniform standards in all duties
Qualification
- Positive, customer-focused attitude and friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Flexible shifts, punctual, reliable, and able to commit to scheduled hours
- Basic math and cash handling abilities; comfortable using POS
- Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays; comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Adherence to hygiene, safety, and uniform standards
