As a Service Crew / Stewarding member, you will help create a memorable cafe experience by greeting guests, assisting with orders and beverage service, clearing tables, and ensuring the dining area remains spotless and well-stocked throughout your shift. You will collaborate closely with baristas, kitchen teammates, and supervisors to support smooth service flow and adherence to hygiene standards. Training is provided, and there are opportunities to grow within the brand. This role is ideal for students or professionals seeking flexible part-time work in Singapore's vibrant River Valley area.

Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and provide accurate information about menu items
- Assist with order taking, beverage service, and basic food preparation as needed
- Clear and reset tables; maintain dining area cleanliness and safety
- Restock utensils, napkins, cleaning supplies, and service stations
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service flow and timely guest satisfaction
- Handle basic POS transactions and guide customers on payments when applicable
- Report issues to supervisors and comply with hygiene and safety standards
Qualification
- Minimum 18 years old; eligible to work in Singapore
- Excellent communication and a friendly, can-do attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible with shift timings
- Basic English proficiency; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to cafe operations and standards
