In this fully remote position, you will partner with clients and internal teams to architect modern Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint sites, intranets, document management, and automated processes using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will ensure solutions are user-friendly, secure, and compliant with governance standards while providing clear documentation and training to end users. Your technical leadership will help clients realize faster decision-making, better data integrity, and enhanced user adoption across the organization.

Responsibility
- Design, configure, and customize SharePoint Online sites, pages, lists, libraries, and security settings to meet client requirements.
- Develop and tailor Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate business processes and drive data insights.
- Build and maintain Teams-driven collaboration workflows and intranet portals that are user-friendly and scalable.
- Implement governance, permissions, data retention, security controls, and compliance within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Create thorough documentation, migration plans, and user training materials to support adoption and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support, performance tuning, and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions in production.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and best practices to continuously improve solutions and security posture.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Experience with governance, security, DLP, backup, and compliance within Microsoft 365.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills in a remote work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end implementations, including documentation and user training.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, Power Platform) are a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing real-world SharePoint and Power Platform implementations is mandatory.
