Samgyupsalamat is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our Katipunan location in Metro Manila. You will also handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a positive guest impression at all times.

- Oversee daily shift operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction during all hours.
- Supervise and coach team members, assign duties, and manage scheduling to optimize coverage.
- Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards across front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to optimize service flow and reduce wait times for guests.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering for the shift to prevent shortages and waste.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation of shift sales.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in line with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a shift manager or restaurant supervisor in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach to coaching.
- Excellent communication and guest-service mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and solve problems on the fly.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
- Basic financial literacy for cash handling and reporting.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in English; willingness to learn brand standards and basic Filipino as needed.
