Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate on-site architectural activities from initial planning to project completion
- Collaborate effectively with clients, project managers, engineers, and construction teams to deliver exceptional architectural solutions
- Interpret architectural plans and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local building codes
- Conduct regular site inspections, monitor construction progress, and resolve design and technical issues promptly
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, documentation, and reports
- Advise on materials selection, finishes, and sustainable construction methods
- Ensure quality assurance throughout all project phases while managing timelines and budgets
- Coordinate project handover, punch lists, and post-construction support as needed
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; PRC Architect License (preferred)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and site supervision
- Proven expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software
- Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes in the Philippines
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Willing to be assigned on-site in San Fernando, Pampanga
