We are seeking a talented and licensed Architect to join our team as a Site Architect at Radius One Architecture & Plumbing in Mandaue City, Cebu. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in site architecture, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Knowledge of construction processes, rendering techniques, and excellent multitasking skills are essential for this role.
Responsibility
- Manage and oversee on-site construction projects
- Create detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Monitor progress and ensure quality control on site
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients
- Review and interpret architectural plans and specifications
Qualification
- Licensed Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Experience in construction and site architecture
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
