The Salvation Army is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Punggol, North-East Region. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need.
Responsibility
- Assess clients' needs and develop a personalized care plan
- Provide counseling and emotional support to individuals and families
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust as necessary
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Valid social work license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for others
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
