Join Offshore Business Processing as a Software Developer focused on CargoWise, the leading logistics platform, and help raise performance standards across automation and analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy CargoWise-based solutions, integrate CargoWise with external systems and data sources, and optimize end-to-end workflows. Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize CargoWise-based solutions for warehousing, shipping, and freight management.
- Build and maintain scalable modules and integrations within CargoWise to automate workflows and analytics.
- Translate business requirements into clean, well-documented code and unit tests.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and database queries to support ERP and logistics processes.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements to boost system throughput and reliability.
- Write and maintain technical documentation and ensure code quality with code reviews.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, provide timely status updates, and mentor junior developers.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing with CargoWise and integrating CargoWise One with external systems.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and at least one server-side language (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with API design, integration patterns, and data mapping.
- Familiarity with logistics/warehousing workflows (TMS, WMS, shipping) and automation.
- Experience with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
