As a Software Engineer on our AI focused team, you will work across the full software lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and production deployment. You will ship robust, maintainable code, optimize data flows, and ensure reliability, observability and security of AI powered services. The role combines hands on software development with opportunities to contribute to system architecture and best practices, driving engineering excellence across the organization.
You will work with a modern tech stack including Python and Java based services, data pipelines, ETL processes, distributed systems, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure. Experience with deploying and serving AI models, NLP and LLM related workflows is a strong plus. Responsibility
- Design, develop, test and maintain scalable software components for AI powered features including LLM integration and data pipeline management
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and platform engineers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
- Build production grade APIs and services with emphasis on performance, reliability, and observability
- Implement end to end data pipelines, data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration
- Contribute to architecture decisions, drive code quality through reviews, tests, and documentation
- Optimize for security, compliance and scalability in a cloud native environment
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge through team sessions and documentation
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python and Java; familiarity with C++ is a plus
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL, and streaming data using Spark or Kafka
- Knowledge of LLM deployment, NLP concepts, and AI model serving
- Experience with distributed systems, containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD tooling
- Strong problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast paced environment in Singapore
