Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a cross functional software team, aligning engineering efforts with product goals and timelines.
- Design, review and optimize software architecture, balancing technical excellence with delivery speed.
- Coordinate with product managers, QA, and operations to plan sprints, priorities, and milestones.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and release management.
- Drive performance monitoring, incident response, and proactive improvements to ensure reliability.
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and career development for engineers.
Qualification
- Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading software development teams and delivering enterprise applications.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (eg Java, C#, Python) and modern tech stacks.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, RESTful APIs, and database design.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and modern project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
