Lexmark International is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect for Microsoft 365 to join our Cebu City-based team. In this hybrid role, you will lead the design, implementation, and governance of scalable, secure, and compliant Microsoft 365 solutions that empower collaboration, productivity, and innovation across the enterprise.
As the M365 subject matter expert, you will partner with security, IT operations, governance, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into robust architecture. You will define reference architectures, assess workloads, guide migrations, and establish patterns for identity, access management, data protection, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and hands-on technical capabilities to deliver reliable, cost-efficient, and secure cloud-based collaboration platforms.
Key focus areas include Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Defender for Cloud Apps, Purview, and related Microsoft 365 services, with a focus on hybrid integration and on-premises interoperability. You will drive best practices for security, governance, data residency, retention, and auditing while ensuring user adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and governance of Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams) aligned with security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Define and maintain reference architectures, patterns, and standards for M365 workloads; ensure repeatable, scalable delivery across projects.
- Collaborate with security, IT operations, networking, and governance teams to design identity and access management, conditional access, and data protection strategies in Azure AD and M365.
- Oversee migrations and modernization efforts, selecting tools, migration approaches, and risk mitigation plans while managing timelines and stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, developers, and administrators; produce runbooks, deployment guides, and training materials.
- Drive adoption and change management initiatives, creating user enablement programs, governance boards, and metrics to measure business impact.
- Stay current with the M365 roadmap, evaluate new features, and partner with vendors to optimize licensing, cost, and performance in a hybrid environment.
- Ensure security posture and compliance across data governance, retention policies, DLP, eDiscovery, and data residency requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; 7+ years in enterprise IT architecture with Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Deep hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure AD, and related M365 services; strong cloud security and governance expertise.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale M365 migrations and hybrid deployments in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience with security and compliance controls, data protection, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and identity and access management.
- Microsoft 365 certification or equivalent enterprise architecture credentials is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with hybrid work arrangements and Cebu-based teams.
