Responsibility
- Assist in menu planning and food preparation
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory and ensure food safety standards
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on kitchen operations
- Ensure smooth service and timely delivery of meals
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field
