We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Al Jazeerah Signature in Bali. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting daily kitchen operations in our renowned Middle Eastern Restaurant. Responsibility
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Manage inventory and control food costs
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
