Sozo Skin, a premium skincare clinic powered by Seven Retail Group, is seeking a results-driven Clinic Sales Manager to lead our Karawang clinic’s sales performance. This role combines strategic sales leadership with exceptional client service to drive growth while upholding the brand's standards of care and customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving both individual and clinic-wide sales targets by promoting premium packages, high-end skincare services, and exclusive memberships. You will lead a small but ambitious sales team, mentor staff on consultative selling, and collaborate with marketing to craft compelling promotions designed to attract new clients and retain loyal customers. Your day-to-day will include pipeline management, CRM-driven follow-ups, data analysis to identify trends, and the optimization of pricing and promotions to maximize revenue without compromising service quality.

Responsibility

  • Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Karawang clinic, promoting premium packages, high-end services, and memberships.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the clinic sales team to achieve individual KPIs and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies in collaboration with marketing and operations.
  • Manage client relationships, conduct consultations, and convert inquiries into paid bookings with a high close rate.
  • Monitor CRM data, track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and adjust tactics based on insights.
  • Upsell and cross-sell related skincare products, aftercare programs, and bundled services to maximize revenue and client value.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, patient privacy, and safety protocols while maintaining a premium service environment.
  • Build a referral network and partnerships to augment client acquisition and retention.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of experience in skincare/retail sales management or clinic leadership.
  • Track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets for premium skincare or beauty services.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team motivation abilities.
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven analytics; ability to translate data into action.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, health services, or related field (or equivalent experience).
