Join Peak Performance Sports Academy, a premier provider of youth and amateur athlete development. We’re seeking a dynamic Sports Coach to design and deliver high-impact training programs that empower athletes to reach their peak.
As a key member of our coaching team, you’ll lead engaging practices, mentor athletes, and contribute to a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
About the role: You will design sport-specific curricula, lead practices, and drive performance outcomes across our youth and adult programs.

Responsibility
- Design and deliver sport-specific training programs for youth and adult athletes, aligning with seasonal goals.
- Lead weekly practices and coordinate with the Head Coach to execute the season-long plan.
- Assess athlete performance, track progress, and adjust training plans to optimize results.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating training environment; enforce safety protocols at all times.
- Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and strategies to foster a growth mindset.
- Plan conditioning, drills, technical development, and competition preparation tailored to each athlete’s needs.
- Collaborate with parents, school partners, and community organizations to maximize engagement and retention.
- Contribute to program development and talent recruitment efforts through outreach and events.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sports Science, Kinesiology, Coaching, or related field; or demonstrated coaching experience.
- Valid coaching certification (e.g., USA Coaching certification or equivalent) and CPR/First Aid.
- Minimum 2+ years of coaching experience with youth or amateur athletes.
- Proven ability to design training programs and monitor athlete progress.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentorship.
- Knowledge of injury prevention, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Background check and a professional referenceable track record.
