As a pivotal member of our performance team, you will partner with coaches, medical staff, and athletes to translate data into actionable insights that boost on-field performance and reduce injury risk. Responsibility

  • collect, organize, and harmonize athlete performance and biometric data from multiple sources.
  • develop and implement analytics dashboards and KPI trackers to monitor progress over time.
  • conduct advanced analyses to identify performance drivers and injury risk factors.
  • translate complex findings into clear recommendations for coaches and medical staff.
  • partner with strength and conditioning staff to design data-driven training plans.
  • pilot and evaluate new measurement technologies and sensors.
  • present insights to leadership and contribute to strategic performance initiatives.
  • maintain data quality, governance, and privacy in compliance with policy.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, Data Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 3+ years in sports analytics, performance analysis, or sports science roles, preferably in elite or professional settings.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL; Python or R for data analysis; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with wearable data, GPS tracking, and biomechanical metrics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate data into actionable coaching guidance.
  • Knowledge of injury prevention, rehabilitation concepts, and return-to-play protocols.
