Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care and monitor conditions, ensuring comfort and safety across assigned wards.
- Administer medications and injections following strict safety protocols and documentation requirements.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, record findings, and update care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals to develop and implement effective care strategies.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, participate in resuscitation efforts, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Uphold infection prevention, aseptic technique, and safe use of medical devices and equipment.
- Assist with procedures and post operative care, ensuring smooth transitions and effective handoffs.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing from an accredited program; eligible for SNB registration in Singapore
- Current Singapore Nursing Board registration with valid Practising Certificate
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or community setting; fresh graduates with internship may be considered
- Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and commitment to patient safety
- Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and nursing documentation
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including evenings, nights, weekends as required
