Responsibility

  • Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care for assigned patients across units as required.
  • Assist physicians with procedures, monitor patient status, administer medications as prescribed, and document care accurately.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, contribute to care plans, and update nursing records and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with doctors, therapists, pharmacists, and other team members to implement evidence-based care and discharge planning.
  • Maintain infection control practices, medication safety, and patient safety standards at all times.

Qualification
